• Can I buy online?

  Not yet. The wait is almost over. The collection is shown so you can see the hair; pricing will be on the site soon, and then you will be able to order.

• Why are there no prices yet?

  We are finishing the drop. Pricing will be displayed on the site shortly — we would rather publish a clear number than ask you to enquire for one. Bespoke wigs and toppers are made to order, so those are discussed individually.

• What is the hair?

  Single donor virgin human hair, ethically sourced from Yunnan, Guizhou and Sichuan, with an 80% volume across all lengths — only 20% is slightly shorter, never by more than two inches. Collected from one donor, never blended.

• How long does it last?

  Due to the purity of the hair, with the correct care it will last a minimum of 12 months, possibly longer. We always recommend a professional install. For comparison, standard Remy hair typically lasts around six to nine months. Notes live on the Care page.

• Do you sell clip-ins or ponytails?

  Not at the moment. The collection is tape-ins and hand-tied wefts, plus made-to-order wigs and toppers in raw hair.

• Do you make wigs and toppers?

  Yes — made to order in raw hair, not off the shelf. Raw hair is 100% human hair from a single donor, collected with the cuticle fully intact and aligned in its natural direction. Write to the desk and we will talk it through. Because every piece is bespoke, we do not publish a price.

• Do you ship?

  When orders open, yes — United Kingdom first. Join the list or enquire.
